We search for products directly in Chinese factories, order them to Poland, and then deliver them to our customers. With us, you can be sure that everything is done safely, legally and professionally – we issue a Polish VAT invoice 23% for each order.

How does cooperation and order fulfillment proceed?
Registration and acceptance of the order
The first stage, in which we work together with the client to finalize all the details of the order. At this time, payment is also made and delivery terms are established. This process takes from 1 to 10 days, depending on the complexity and requirements of the order.
Order fulfillment
Phase during which we order products and wait for them to be delivered to our warehouse in China. Then we prepare the goods for shipping and organize their transport to Poland. The duration of this stage is from 4 to 25 days, depending on the specifics of the order and delivery.
Transport of products to Poland
Products are delivered to Poland by sea, air or rail, depending on the selected option. Delivery time is from 10 to 45 days, depending on the method of transport and route.
Customs and tax formalities
Before being delivered to the customer, the goods must go through customs clearance. This process takes from 2 to 20 days, depending on the type of products and official requirements.
Transport to a specified address or self-collection
This is the final and most anticipated stage of order fulfillment. The goods will be delivered directly to the specified address or will be ready for collection in our warehouse. This process takes from 1 to 4 days, depending on the selected form of delivery and the location of the recipient.

We have our own agent in China, Jane Wu, who runs a 550m² warehouse in Yiwu City. She and her team of employees are in charge of order picking, collecting goods from different manufacturers across the country and different regions in China. Her warehouse plays a key role in the order fulfillment process, ensuring efficient organization and high quality service. We have been working with Jane for over 15 years, and have developed a solid relationship and efficient methods of operation.
OUR CHINESE WAREHOUSE IN SHENZHEN
We have our trusted agent, Amanda, who manages a 600m² warehouse in Shenzhen. This is where she and her team are responsible for order picking, gathering goods from manufacturers in different factories and regions in China. Amanda plays a key role in coordinating logistics and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. We have been working with her for over 12 years, which allows us to efficiently fulfill orders and maintain high service standards.
Our warehouse in Janow Lubelski
Our main warehouse with an area of 1000 m² is located in Janów Lubelski, where 16 qualified employees work. They are responsible for handling and supervising goods imported from China. This is where all container transports are sent, and customers can collect their orders in person. The warehouse also packs goods intended for sale, which allows us to efficiently process orders. We cooperate with all the largest courier companies in Poland, such as InPost, DPD, FedEx, Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka, UPS and DHL, which guarantees fast and safe deliveries to customers throughout the country. Our warehouse is the heart of logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and timeliness of service.

Sea transport
When importing goods from China to Poland, sea transport, which is the cheapest form of transport, usually takes 30 to 48 days, depending on the starting port and conditions on the route. This is an ideal solution for larger orders that do not require immediate delivery. Sea transport allows you to optimize costs, guaranteeing safe delivery to Poland on the agreed date.
Air transport
Air freight from China to Poland is the fastest delivery option, usually taking from a few days to a week. It is a much faster solution than sea or rail transport, which makes it perfect for urgent orders. Although air freight costs are higher, in situations requiring express delivery, its speed is a big advantage, allowing the goods to reach Poland quickly.
Road transport
Truck transport from China to Europe takes around 22-26 days, depending on the destination country, with the shortest delivery time (around 22 days) being Poland, as the closest country. The maximum cargo capacity is 90 CBM. Although it is a faster option than sea or rail transport, the costs are higher. Truck transport is suitable for medium-urgent deliveries, offering flexibility and reliability.
Rail transport
Rail transport from China to Poland is an excellent alternative to sea and air freight. Delivery time is usually 12 to 22 days, depending on the route conditions and the selected terminal. Rail offers safe transportation for both full containers and general cargo. It is a faster option than sea transport and more economical than air, providing a balance between time and cost of delivery.

The minimum order value we can process is PLN 4,000 net (approximately USD 1,000). Within this amount, you can order different products from multiple suppliers. All ordered goods are assembled in our warehouse in YIWU or SHENZHEN, which allows for convenient combining of products into one larger order, meeting your needs.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the ordered goods. If you have any doubts about the quality of the products, we can order samples so that you can evaluate them before deciding to order a larger quantity. This way, you minimize the risk of dissatisfaction with your purchase.
Of course, it is possible. We can order product samples and deliver them directly to your address in Poland or to our warehouse in China. On site, our employee will prepare photos and videos for you, presenting the details of the ordered products, so that you can evaluate them precisely.
The quote includes a full calculation of the costs associated with the order. It includes the purchase price of the product, transport costs in China, transport fees to Poland, fixed costs, customs clearance, customs duties (customs), VAT, our margin and the costs of delivering the goods to our warehouse. Thanks to this, you have a full picture of all expenses related to the execution of the order and transport.
We issue a Polish VAT invoice for the purchased goods. First, you will receive a pro forma invoice from us. After paying it, we will issue an advance payment invoice, and after the goods are delivered, you will receive a final invoice with 23% VAT.
