We will contact Chinese suppliers to receive details regarding prices and check the availability of selected products, which will allow us to precisely prepare an offer for the customer.
Once we confirm availability, we place an order and arrange delivery of the goods to our warehouse in China, where the goods will be stored before further shipment to the customer or distribution.
We deliver goods to the specified address in Poland or Europe, and we also offer the possibility of personal collection from our warehouse in Janów Lubelski, ensuring flexibility for our customers
Import costs from China
Below are the key expenses related to import:
Product purchase price
The main expense is the price of the goods, which depends on their quality, the quantity ordered and the arrangements negotiated with the supplier, which may affect the final cost of the product.
Transportation fees
The cost of shipping goods from China to Poland depends on the chosen method of transport (sea, air, rail), as well as the dimensions and weight of the shipment. Sea transport is a more economical option, although time-consuming, while air transport saves time but is more expensive.
Storage and handling fees
The cost of storing goods in both China and Poland, as well as logistics expenses such as loading and unloading, also affect the final price of the product. These additional storage and logistics costs are a significant factor in shaping the total cost of import.
Customs and tax fees
Customs duty is a fee charged for goods crossing a customs border, and its rate depends on the type of product. Additionally, VAT of 23% is charged based on the value of the goods, transport costs and the customs duty itself, which significantly affects the final cost of import.
Insurance coverage
Transport insurance of goods protects against the risk of their damage, loss or delay in delivery, which allows to significantly reduce potential financial losses. Such protection minimizes the risk associated with transport, ensuring greater cargo security.
Customers' most frequently asked questions
The minimum order value we can process is PLN 4,000 net (approximately USD 1,000). Within this amount, you can order different products from multiple suppliers. All ordered goods are assembled in our warehouse in YIWU or SHENZHEN, which allows for convenient combining of products into one larger order, meeting your needs.
Our commission ranges from 5% to 15% of the order value and is determined individually. Its amount depends on the size of the order – the larger the quantity of goods, the lower the commission percentage. We understand how important it is to make a profit on import, which is why we make sure that our conditions are favorable. The commission takes into account the value, quantity and dimensions of the ordered products.
We offer shipping of products to Poland by sea, rail, air (the most expensive option) and truck transport. For large dimensions, e.g. 40x40x40 cm, air transport can be expensive. In such cases, we recommend choosing cheaper options, such as sea or rail transport, which are more economical for larger shipments.
The minimum order is at least 1 piece of the product, but the total volume of the order must be at least 1 CBM. Additionally, the value of the entire transaction cannot be less than PLN 4,000 net. These requirements allow us to efficiently fulfill your orders and provide competitive prices.
